“Back Home” és el catorzè àlbum del Eric Clapton, publicat per la companyia discogràfica Reprise Records. Va ser el primer àlbum del músic amb material nou des del llançament de Reptile el 2001, precedit pel tribut a Robert Johnson a Me and Mr. Johnson. L'àlbum va incloure la cançó «Love Comes to Everyone» com a homenatge al seu amic George Harrison, mort el novembre de 2001. Clapton va tocar la intro de guitarra a l'enregistrament original, publicada a l'àlbum George Harrison el 1979, i la va tocar en directe durant l'última gira en solitari de Harrison el 1991 al concert inaugural, ofert 1 de desembre de 1991 al Yokohama Arena.
