Michael Bland (Mineàpolis, Minnesota, 14 de març de 1969) és un músic nord-americà, bateria de jazz fusió i rock. Integrant de la banda Soul Asylum i col·laborador de Prince durant l'època compresa entre el 1989 i el 1996. Entre les seves contribucions destaca la seva participació al disc The Gold Experience (1995).

Quan no es troba de gira, Bland habitualment toca les nits de diumenge i dilluns al club nocturn "Bunker's", a Mineàpolis, amb la banda Dr. Mambo's Combo.
