Mark Feltham (nascut el 20 d'octubre de 1955, Bermondsey, Southwark, Londres) , és un músic anglès, mes conegut per tocar l'harmònica amb diversos artistes, inclosos Oasis i Talk Talk. Feltham és membre de llarg termini de la banda britànica de blues rock Nine Below Zero i de la banda de Rory Gallagher; i sovint s'utilitza com a músic de sessió.

En una entrevista en el South Bank Xou, emesa en 1981, Dennis Greaves, guitarrista i cantant de Nine Below Zero, va comentar que l'àvia de Feltham tocava l'harmònica i que el seu pare li havia comprat el seu primer instrument. Greaves també va declarar que Feltham havia estat tocant a la seva habitació durant 11 anys, però que havia deixat l'instrument per un temps abans d'unir-se a Nine Below Zero, la seva primera banda. A més, quan es va unir, no sabia tocar amb un micròfon ni què era un amplificador. Greaves també va assenyalar que Feltham va estudiar la música de Little Walter, Charlie McCoy i Júnior Wells.
