Keith "Keef" Hartley (Preston, 8 d'abril de 1944-Preston, 26 de novembre de 2011) va ser un bateria i músic de sessió britànic. Va liderar també la seva pròpia banda, coneguda com The Keef Hartley Band o Keef Hartley's big band, presentant-se en el reconegut festival de Woodstock. Més endavant va ser membre de la banda Dog Soldier i va treballar com a músic de sessió per a Rory Storm, The Artwoods i John Mayall, entre altres.

Hartley va morir el 26 de novembre de 2011 en Preston als 67 anys.
