James Whild Lea (Wolverhampton; 14 de juny de 1949), popularment conegut com a Jim Lea, és un músic i compositor britànic, notable per la seva participació com a baixista, tecladista i violinista de la banda de glam rock Slade, i per coescribir la majoria de les seves cançons al costat del cantant Noddy Holder. També va formar part de l'agrupació The Dummies i va gravar música com a solista.
