Jeff "Tain" Watts (nascut el 20 de gener de 1960) és un baterista de jazz nord-americà que ha actuat amb Wynton Marsalis, Branford Marsalis, Betty Carter, Michael Brecker, Alice Coltrane, Ravi Coltrane i altres.

Watts va rebre el sobrenom de "Tain" de Kenny Kirkland quan estaven de gira a Florida i van passar per una benzinera Chieftain. En 2017 va rebre una beca Guggenheim en composició musical. Watts va assistir al Berklee College of Music, on va conèixer al seu col·laborador Branford Marsalis.
